At GlobalEd Strategies, we believe education has the power to change the course of life.
For more than a decade, we have designed highly personalised educational journeys for families around the world.
The Maasai Mara Females of the Pride Foundation was created from the very same principles.
While our advisory work supports international families, our Foundation extends that philosophy to talented young women in Kenya’s Maasai Mara whose ambition deserves the opportunity that education can provide.
The setting is different.

We deliberately remain small because genuine relationships cannot be scaled.

Our Foundation is intentionally focused on a small number of students from communities within the Maasai Mara.
We believe lasting educational impact is created through meaningful personal relationships rather than scale.
Each student is selected carefully.
Each educational journey is unique.

We work alongside local families, schools and community leaders while respecting the traditions, culture and identity that make the Maasai Mara so remarkable.
Our aim is not to change a community.
It is to help individual young women realise their own ambitions through education.

The Foundation helps remove barriers by supporting school fees, uniforms, educational materials, boarding where appropriate, and the wider support needed to help each student flourish.
