About Our Origins

GlobalEd Strategies was born from the success of several educational ventures founded by Richard and Justyna Ferguson. Their journey into education entrepreneurship began after meeting while studying at the University of Oxford, where their shared vision for transforming global education took shape. Richard is a highly experienced educator who originally worked in the UK system, then transitioned to international schools and Montessori settings, eventually advancing to the position of Assistant Head. Justyna’s credentials in education were pivotal, having spent years working in international settings and contributing to the establishment of prestigious international schools in Beijing. Justyna’s deep understanding of cross-cultural learning formed a strong foundation for future endeavours. Their combined expertise influenced the creation of educational frameworks that bridged educational gaps, laying the foundations for GlobalEd Strategies.

Their previous educational businesses catered to high-net-worth families and elite professionals, focusing on delivering personalised education management services for families in Monaco and across the globe. Drawing on these experiences, Richard and Justyna identified the gaps in global education management, particularly for internationally mobile families and professionals. These insights were key in the founding of GlobalEd Strategies, a culmination of their previous successful ventures.
